VMware RESERVE/RELEASE

Hi

Does Open-E enterprise impliment the RESERVE/RELEASE routines in the iSCIS software intitiator, so we can use the device with multiple VMware ESX servers and share the storage?

We are still finishing some small updates to this and testing should be completed in our next release shortly. I am anticipating our engineers will have this before the end of December.

Hi,
we just testet iSCSI Ent 1.69 and 1.70 in our ESX VI3 enviroment and it works fine. Accessing the storage from multiple ESX Hosts and VMotion works as it should. Only problem is the configuration of the iSCSI initiator via Virt Center as we had to close the config windows after every step of configuration.
