ADS connectivity problems

Hello there,

System:
Model: Data Storage Server
Version: 5.0.DB49000000.3278

The Server is already connected to a (ADS) Domain Server. This Part works fine.

My Problem is that when i try to connect to the network share ( \\server ) with a client outside of the domain (other Domain with no trust to the domain in which the server is), i receive the following message:

"The File \\server was not found...."

I get no login screen, which i need.

Any Ideas?

sometimes if you disconnect and reconnect to AD it will see the share

did you add the client to users and groups in the open-e software?

hey, sry i have no answer but what kind of domain are you using? Windows2008R2? 2003? ...
