Need to license a passive system?

Hi, We've purchased a DSS V6 license for use for a pair of iSCSI failover servers. Can someone confirm that we can use the same license for both servers if used purely as an active/passive pair? Or will we have to buy 2 licenses even though the 2nd server will basically never be used?
