Backup Targets

We would like to backup our iSCSI Enterprise Targets on a seperate backup server.
Is there any way to mount the availible Targets on the backup server for read only?

The procedure that works best is to create a snapshot for a target, and
mount a snapshot which is read only. Additionally for backup purposes you can use our synchronization (device level), which is scheduled for 6.15.2006
