SSR212CC Profile [Archive]

Since there is the specific hardware profile for SSR212CC all discs are listed in ERROR-state, although the controller is not reporting any ERROR.
The older versions of open-e (1.x) had only SSR212 2U as a profile. With this everything works fine.

Can you please add the old profile to your current release? Or maybe there is a way to got the SSR212CC-Profile working?

Try with IPMI. If not send into support your version and ask for this update.

IPMI is not giving any status about the hdd's
And I figured out, that there is no email notification at discfailure (IPMI and SSR212CC)!

I tried support, but they semm to be very busy. Once somebody called to get remote access but I didn't get any feedback, even after email. :-(
