Thread: nfs failover

    Default nfs failover

    Hello,

I'm thinking to use open-e but still one thing I've not found how to do is nfs/cifs fail over.
Is there any solution ? or should I use iSCSI failover and mount iSCSI lun for nfs/cifs on another server ?
Or is it planned for open-e to have nfs/cifs failover in some future ?

    thanks

They don't support NFS failover yet, I think Todd mentioned NAS failover was planned for the future, just not sure when that is.

Good luck trying to find NAS/NFS failover, at least something affordable, we've been looking as well...
