Unhappy Flashed SATA Controllers, now missing software RAID 6 in DSS6

Hello, I'm in a bit of a spot.

    6.0up98.8101.7337 64bit

SuperMicro with two RAID 6 software RAIDs using DSS
Three banks of 456GiB SATA, each on their own controller, 16 drives in each bank.
    Software RAID vis DSS

Updated three SAS Controllers (9211_8i_Package_P17_IR_IT_Firmware_BIOS) with Flash 2118ir.bin and Bios mptsas2.rom

On reboot I have lost the software RAID MD0 which is the important one. The drives appear but with question mark under the PR column. I have even replaced the controllers with 3 unflashed controllers from another identical server and still the same.

MD1 is in a clean state, but I had no volume on that one yet.

How do I get MD0 back?

    Thoughts?

download the logs from the webGUI (STATUS-->Hardware page), and have a look at the software_raid log to see if you can see why MD0 is broken.

Hmm appears I've lost three drives and they happen to be on that one RAID6

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
