    Hello.
I have the same problem with a dell poweredge server r730 with a PERC H730 mini raid card.
the install work fine and after, when it shutdown, i have a kernel panic "not syncing fatal exception in interrupt". on the page i can read that it refer at megaraid_sas.
I power off and on the server and it seem to working fine but at each shutdown or reboot i have the same kernel panic.
    i use the version 7.00up56.19059 .
Is the probleme really the same and your can your RC help me?
    Thanks for your answer.
