VMware Worstation, HD not supported

I'm testing DDS lite on a VMWare Workstation. Now, I have the problem with creating the s/w raid. The harddisk there hve the status not supported. I have added 2 x 2GB SCSI HD's. Can me help someone?

You have status not supported because you created too small disks. Please create larger eg. 2 x 5GB.
