I have 2 DSS upgraded from NAS-R3 (somebody send to your reseller in our country mistakenly 2 NAS-R3 and it was easier to upgrade to DSS than to send back NAS-R3, and wait for right packages)
After I updated both DSS to a new version DSS 5.0.DB48000000.3251, I get following warning on both:
An incorrect system structure has been detected. This may cause errors and system instability. Please perform an update to a correct system image (NAS-R3).
What should I do?

Does this happen to both of the DSS? Try re-flashing again. If this continues please send the log file to support@open-e.com . Was there any NAS Logical Volumes before the upgrade?

Yes, that happend on both DSS servers.

It does not help.

Yes, there are two LVs on both servers
