NDMP and Backup Exec 11d

Hi,

is there a possibility to use ndmp with Backup Exec 11d ?
If i try to add the ndmp server to the devices of Backup Exec i get an error message that this server or this type of protocol is not supported.

i use Data Storage Server Version: 5.0.DB49000000.3278.

Or is there another possibility for a fast backup .... ; Right now i use cifs but i only reach about 1 GByte/min over a 2 GBit network trunk.

It's possible to use NFS, if you install Unix Services for Windows (a free Microsoft add-on). That might grab you additional performance.
