with a new server with an Adaptec 52445 controler. We use the last DSS 64bit version.
Adaptec Storage Manager can't connect to server.
With an other DSS server and an Adaptec 31605 controler ... no problem.
Can you help me to find a solution?

I am assuming you have checked networks settings and are able to ping the DSS?
Can you test DSS in 32 bit mode to see if that makes a difference?
Yes ping and webadmin is ok. In 32 bit it is the same problem.
Email support@open-e.com and ask for the latest Adaptec agent for DSS 3511 to see if this will resolve the issue.
