hack in my pen drive?

How can i search and remove hack in my pen drive?
....Just a week back my PC got hacked. Without knowing this, I used my pen drive and the hack got even into my pen drive. I restored my PC and it's working normal now. But my pen drive.....I don't find any hack file in that but when I open it in any other PC, even that PC is getting hacked. So can anyone please suggest how to search it and how to get rid of this hack in my pen drive?

How to install windows xp in a pen drive and making it bootable? I wants to to install windows xp in a machine with the help of pen drive and not with the cd.
