Sending commands to the new V6?

How does sending commands work? Can I send commands to, say, may RAID controller CLI to automate things like scrubbing RAID sets?

Also, the ability to send and receive stuff to the Open-E box via cli (or something like it) will be nice because some of our potential customers have had in their request for quotes a requirement of using a single GUI to manage many chassis. If we can send and receive commands, then there's nothing stopping us from building a basic gui to fulfill this requirement (well, except hundreds of man-hours). This will give the Open-E systems more flexibility, too.
