Any plans to Sync AD and LDAP

Hi,

We got rid of NIS about 5 years ago and use AD and LDAP for our Windows and Solaris users. I have created our Users shares on the Open-E DSS system and I can mount them from Windows using AD Authentication.

The problem is that I want to use NFS to mount them on Solaris which is fine, but the owner is in SAMBA format (DOMAIN+user), which means I would have to use Samba Authentication on the Solaris system. I do not want to alter our exist Solaris boxes.

Is there any plans to map LDAP with AD within this product or is it possible already?
