DSS updation Problem

Hi

We had a DSS 5.0 with build 3278 and hence tried to update to build DSS 3518 as per the advice from the support.

However during update the process failed in between.

The installation has corrupted the original build also and hence we are not able to work with this DOM as well.

Hence as per our supplier advice we formatted the DOM and copied the downloaded DSS file from the website. However the problem is that the DSS is shown as trial edition.

We need your help in resolving the issue as the problem is to be fixed on priority as our production is now stopped. When we try to boot the production system with the trial DOM it says 0 days trial left.
