FTP trouble

Hi. I enable ftp service on DSS (5.00 up62 build 3518). DSS is behind a firewall (IpCOp) and I cannot manage to connect to ftp.
I've try both active/passive transfer mode with same result.
The error message in ftp client is: "Server sent passive reply with unroutable address. Using server address instead."
Simply the ftp server (DSS) return the internal network address instead public address (of router/firewall).
Any clue?
