File I/O volumes and VMs

Hello,

I'm guessing about the importance to create one File I/O volume for each virtual machine.

Anyone has done some test and knows if it's better to create one volume for each virtual machine?

It depends on your enviroment, if you're going to be using failover clustering on server 2008 you'd just need one LUN set up as a CSV.
