corrupt usb flash

By mistake on the NAS-R3 server installed Windows 2003 and bootable USB Flash license NAS was formatted in NTFS

I tried install nas-r3 from update disk, but got an error "system corrupt, can't mount boot"

How I can recovery usb flash?

Anybody can help?

The only way is to RMA from support or the better way would be to update the NAS-R3 to DSS V6 as we are running a May special that is 50% off and your NAS-R3 will be end of life next week.
