certifications for VMware

i want to ask about doing a certifications for VMware with your branded or OEM servers that you would like use to do, to clear my question please read the following paragraph that i found :

any one can help me :confused:

Yes we do certifications for your hardware or if you are an OEM customer we can certify you branded system for you with VMware.
