routing error when attempting update

Getting a routing error when I try to update via the web administrator. I can obviously download the update to my workstation and load it from there, but I would really prefer for support reasons to insure that my open-e servers are internet accessible.

I'm not doing anything weird with vlans. They should have access to the internet, and I can ping from the console inside the network but not out. DNS is working.

I see a place to add a route, but have tried absolutely every format I can think of and it always says bad subnet.

What is the format of the route statement that needs to be typed in under the console-->CTRL-ALT-N--> Routing
