Switch Failover Configuration

Hello All,
I have the problem at the moment that my storage switch is not allowing any new network connections. I will be swapping out the switch on the weekend however i would like to know if i could set up mutiple switches connected to mutiple network adapters on the open-e box and on the esx servers. I have read about MPIO however i am unsure if this is the right solution or not. I have a fairly simple iscsi storage enviroment using open-e dss6 and Openfiler 3 storage servers and 3 esxi servers.

If using more then 1 switch then I would use the Balance rr bond mode but this can be used with MPIO as well for performance but you will need a min. of 4 NICs if doing both.
