deleting LVM

I created a logical volume that was the incorrect size. I need to delete it or resize it. It is not attached to a iSCSI target but it still won't let me delete it. Do I have to wait for it to finish initializing before I can delete it? There are no backup or replication jobs running. The services running are smb-transfer/naming, ftp, and snmp.

You will need to let it finish or go into the Extended tools and delete the logical volume but that will cause a reboot.
