I am using DSS Version: 5.0.DB49000000.3278, I have set Disable value for "POST Error Messages" in BIOS, DSS is not booting now. Not display any kind of message, just blank screen.

Update to the latest version 4562, also try to disable any power management features in the BIOS and set the USB to Legacy.
Only blank screen after power on. Any kind of key combination is not working. I am unable to go in BIOS.
Sorry to hear about your trouble. With out knowing more about what precipitated this issue my best guess is that you are having hardware troubles that are not related to DSS.
I would suggest testing the hardware. I good first step though is to be able to get into the BIOS. Once you can get into the bios if you have a cd rom try booting from a cd with something like http://www.ultimatebootcd.com that will give you tools to test your system further. If you use http://www.ultimatebootcd.com be careful some of the utilities for hard drive testing and portioning can cause you to loose data.
Good Luck :)
