Is there a correlation of NFS Daemons and VMs that can run ?

This question can go for all versions i guess.. Is there a correlation to the number of NFS daemons on DSS and the number of VMs that can fun against an NFS share? We have default of 64 daemons and we are seeing latency across VMs somewhere above and below that number.

Is there a maximum to the NFS daemons if we need to increase this number.

thanks... we are using the NFS share tweaks now. is there a maximum number for daemons? and can this be changed on the fly with OPENe?
