Hi there,
My open-e server died and had to replace the motherboard. While I was at it I also changed it to boot off an IDE flash instead of USB flash drive. Now I cannot activate my DSS-Lite.
This is the error I get:

Hardware platform and the boot medium has been changed
How can I re-activate my software?
I also forgot to mention that I purchased an additional 2TB license.
I would go to your user portal to get the product key then use the storage license key to add the other license key.
I believe I already tried that method. No dice. :(
Everything is already seen by the DSS, but when it comes time to activate it I get that error message stated above.
First you need to apply the product keys. Then you have to proceed with the online or offline activation. You can't use the old activation key as it is based on your old hardware. You need to send us new Hardware Stamp from your system and a new activation file will be generated for you.
