License key

Hello, i've obtained a Open-e san.
I wanted to upgrade it to latest version of DSS software, after reboot it asked me for a license key which i didn't save beforehand.
now i'm running on a lite version of the software and can't access any of the menus because i constantly get the following message:
Warning
Total storage size exceeded licensed storage capacity. Please purchase license key for bigger capacity.

How can i get my license back? Everything was working fine before Software upgrade, it was just a minor version upgrade.
Is it normal that you have to reregister after every system upgrade? Would be nice if i received a warning beforehand..

Please open a support ticket, and send us your product Serial Number, and we can then support you with your product key (license).

Luckily i managed to boot to an older version which still had the license key in it!

Running on the latest version now.
