Howto initiate a open-e shutdown by APC Network Management Card

Hi forum.

We have some APC Symmetra RM UPS with Network Management Card AP9619. I want, that in case of emergancy our OPEN-E servers are shutdown by the UPS. How can i configure this? On W2K8- and Vsphere-4.1-servers it works with APC's PowerChute Network Shutdown software and i can configure more clients to shutdown on the Network Management Card, but i don't know, which Port is used or if this function controls Open-E's UPS-feature.
