iscsi failover active/active question

Hello.

Excuse me but i speak little english.

We need meake iscsi cluster active/active.

We need specific hardware?
For example:
-Battery for ram memory
-Hardware raid controler
-Number of ethernet and speed port
-Processor
-Memory

this system is for connect to proxmox 2.1 cluster, for storage the virtual hard disk in iscsi for the virtual machines in proxmox.

Hardware specification depends strongly on performance you are looking for.
In most enterprise solutions fast hardware RAID is a must.
Each failover node require at least one NIC for data access and one for replication.
