DSS V7 Activation Query

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a place to upload the .hws file on the site. Its mentioned in the V6 notes but I cant see a place to do it. I cant activate online as my sans sit on a closed network. I did send the email to activation but that was 2 days ago and I have not heard anything. I only have 3 days left to activate so I'm told.
