Unable to access share

During the recent Hurricane we lost the USB boot drive. We downloaded a Trial version of DSS v6 just to get Open-E to boot. We then pulled in a saved config file and got everything to show up. We have access to the Iscsi shares but there is one share on the San that is not Iscsi that we used to be able to access by using the path \\Storage\archive. Storage is the San and archive the folder. Now when we try to access it we get an error "path not found" I can ping Storage so I know there isn't a DNS issue it must be a permission issue. I can see the share from the http web gui and it looks as though the Permissions are ok but we are not very strong with the OS. Does anyone have some ideas of what to look for or do to fix this?
