No Access to shares

We lost the Internal USB boot device during the Hurricane. I downloaded and installed DSS v6 trial version to an external flash drive to get the unit back up. I pulled in a saved config file and everything came up and shows up. The Iscsi shares are accessable ok but the NAS share called archive is not accessable. Usually we just do \\devicename\archive but I get a "can't find path" error. I can ping the device ok and all the permissions appear to be ok. Any suggestions?

try running the repair file system command from the console (CNTRL+ALT+X).

Can that command be run remotely from the web gui or does it have to be run from the console?
