Migrating from replication to failover

We currently have four hyper-v nodes in a failover cluster and two DSS v7 boxes doing simple file replication. All four of the hyper-v servers are pointing to targets located on the primary DSS box. I would like to move these targets into a failover cluster using the two DSS boxes that are in place. I was wondering if anyone has done this and could give me some pointers on the best way to complete this with as little impact on the hyper-v cluster as possible. I have a few questions below. Any help would be great!

Can you run both types of targets on a single DSS box (failover and replication)?

Is there a safe way to set the virtual IP for the failover cluster on the same subnet as the iSCSI interface on the DSS boxes?

Will anything change on the LUN or target when it is moved into the failover cluster or will it look the same to the windows servers?
