how to get Updates ?

may be you know how to get access to ftp://ftp.open-e.com/ ?
I would like to download new updates for my open-e OEM storage.
I'm new on open-e, I have OEM Storage with Open-e software, and support license has ended in 2012. I didn't use it. but now I have a problem with windows permissions on Storage, every time if the OEM storage reboots, all windows permissions on all shares and sub-folders are random changed.
That's why I thought. it's a bug of this version and wanted update it, but doesn't know possible if it without support.

All the builds of the DSS are available at the user portal, you can log to your account and you will find all the new updated builds there:

And if you do not have account, you can create your own one from the link above.

Also you may check with your OEM provider too, and you can find the latest updated build of DSS v6 and/or DSS v7 at:
