Sudden Primary server failure

Sudden Primary server failure, error message attached.

i have not console keyboard access & no remote web access, currently all iscsi luns are working, but all nfs shares are not.

i can still ping the nfs ip, but cannot login to the web console.

I would check the boot media where DSS is installed, the re-spawning message is typical with bad boot media. A reinstall of the DSS might be needed here.
