DSS v6 still detects Heuristics.Broken.Executable even after applying upd_0830-DSS

Hi all,

My DSS v6 still detects Heuristics.Broken.Executable (see below) during Anti-virus FULL SCAN even after applying the small update upd_0830-DSS-V6.upd (356 kb) and reboot.

The version of my DSS v6 is up97_build_6335.

Any idea to fix it definitively?

As I wrote earlier I have applied the small update upd_0830-DSS-V6.upd and rebooted but after a new FULL SCAN it still detects "Heuristics.Broken.Executable".

So as I understand the KB this should not be the case after applying the small update and reboot.

Could we check that the clamd.conf has been correctly modified ?

Any other idea ?

Provide the log file of the DSS and send it to our support team so that we can review the clamd.conf and see what can be done maybe we need to update the small update, I have checked our support database and we only one case like this and that is why we provided the upd_830.

Strange thing I cannot find the clamd.conf in the log files and I am sure that I have installed the upd_0830-DSS-V6.upd file.

OK I will send the full logs to the Open-e support for analyze.
