Changes Settings are have not effect

There are something wrong happened several days ago. Everything worked before, but now SMB protocol is not work.
In "STATUS/SYSTEM" i see:
SMB status protocol: state=ON, status=FAILED
SMB naming service: state=ON, status=FAILED
No any changes have no effect in "CONFIGURATION\NAS SETTINGS" page.
For example, I try to turn on FTP or SMB protocol, but checkbox still turned off. I can't change any option.
My DSS was connected to win 2008 Active directory. When troubles began - Users and Groups disapear in permissions select fields.
Now "Authentication method" is "Configure and use WorkGroup (internal LDAP)" and I also can't to change it. After fill parameters and pressing "apply" it returns to the same state.
As a consequence of, I can't to get files from NAS.
In event viever is no something interesting. Only information messages.

After that I was reinstall DSS. All my shares is alive, but I can't still to make them accessible.

what could happen?

Version of DSS: 7.oup12.9101.10529 64bit

Sounds like a possible problem with the file system.
Run the 'repair file system' function from the console menu (CNTRL+ALT+X, option 9).
Please also check the RAID for any disk issues.
