How to set UID and GID of create user?

Newly create user in Open-E seems to start at 101 instead of 1000. How can I set the user's UID and GID?

This should be requested through support.

I am on the LITE version currently. I thought these forums are the only available channel?

You also can find this information in the manual - search for UID and GID (should be on page 119 and 123).
