I have problem when I remove target from cluster but I have error messages on the both node: Failover cluster could not perform requested operation (error code #HARCE03).
How I can remove that target from the cluster and change replication task?

Are you on the latest version of the DSS V7 up57? Try to disconnect the replication binding then reboot then reconnect the binding of the volume replication then see if the error comes back again.
