Error in synchronization

Hi, i need to syncronize the content of a NAS-XSR Enterprise with another one
but synchronization stops with such error

FYI - I haven't any snapshots at both NAS only shares.

Can you help me with this error?

You need to create a Snapshot for the Source server (not for the Destination server). Create the Snapshot in Volume Manager (leave the defaults) and set a min. 50GB.
