This is the first that I heard of this. We had over 56 emails on the 19th. So not sure what you are referring to. Also a good way to post such topic is to send at info@open-e.com or email me directly as well. What was the subject that you sent with your email to support - I did not see it - or email me your contact info.
info@open-e.com appears to be working.
