DSS completely stuck/frozen

We bought 2 new DSS servers:

- server1: dual core, 6GB ram, 6x36GB (Areca raid10), 82571EB Gigabit Ethernet Controller (4xcopper)
- server2: quad core 8GBram, 8x147GB sas(areca raid50), 82571EB Gigabit Ethernet Controller (4xcopper).

We have connected 3 servers to the dss, using the same nas share. We do not use the ISCSI functions. The 60.000 config files on a nas (total size of 100MB), are used by 3 Windows 2003 servers. When using them, the dss is up for about 40 minutes and then completely stuck/frozen/dead. Both 2 servers have the same problem.

We tried everything, new raidcards, new configs, extra 4GB of memory, other raid configs, but every time the DSS server went down within 1 hour.
It looks like the new dss software can not handle much connections, because the older dss we use (Version: 1.00.DE00000000.2356), can handle everything easily the same files and servers for many months.

Please advise.

Where are the logs that you sent to support@open-e.com or did you not send them in - if you did what is the ticket #?
