Can't update to n20070921s.132_b2854.dss-bas.generic.iso, there is an error while uploading .iso: "Uploaded file is missing or file is empty."
Current version is:
Version: 1.30.DB00000000.2819
Release date: 2007-08-24
Licensed Storage Capacity: 24 TB
Check the md5 or make sure the ISO file size is the same from download (exact size is 259063808).

md5 and file size are ok
Are you updating using the CD-ROM process or on the GUI? Try with CD-ROM. Is DSS set to 32bit or 64it? If this does not work I will need you to send in logs to support@open-e.com as we may have a small update to apply first before new updates.
I have TigmaStor 24000 Storage Server 4U with no CD-ROM on board :rolleyes:
So I'm trying to update through GUI by uploading iso image. Server works in 64-bit mode.
Same problem with online update. It downloads file and then writes "Error"
Any chance to plug in a CD-ROM. I know that the system does not have one installed but the motherboard should have an IDE port available. If not send email to support with the log file from Status > Hardware > Log then click on the Download button. Do you have any running Snapshots? If so try deactivating them and try again.
Update worked after removing log files, strange.
