Access to chelsio.eu during every start ?

Hi,

I'm wondering why the dss needs access to the internet during each start....

It stops during startup at 56% and "only continues" when successful access to 87.106.133.234 (chelsio.eu/open-e) on port 80 was possible.

Any important reason for this ? What is the dss telling to open-e ?

Btw. It would be nice to be able to config an own ntp server.
