I have a server that has run fine for about a year, but about 3 weeks ago it started crashing when files are written to one of the volumes. Reading is fine! This particular volume has several million files. We have verified the raid array, repaired the LV multiple times, increased the RAM, but nothing seems to help. Has anyone run into this problem or something similar?
