Problems in Hyper-V

I have DSS Lite running in a Hyper-V virtual machine with a legacy network adapter on Windows Server 2008.
DSS Lite recognizes a DEC 21140 network controller but claims that network cable is unplugged.
What could be the problem? Having a virtual iSCSI storage would be great for virtual cluster setup.

Maybe you could try using a newer NIC, and/or check your firmware versions on your system and do any necessary upgrades.
