Anytime for you Vkeven! As much help as you provide others on this forum I personally wanted to assist you :)
Try to configure the target to accept larger data segments. This can be easily done via the
console:
1. in the console, press CTRL+ALT+W,
2. select Tuning options -> iSCSI daemon options -> Target options,
3. select the target in question, 4. change the MaxRecvDataSegmentLength and MaxXmitDataSegmentLength values to the maximal required data size (check w/ the initiator to match).
If using VMware, others have reported best values from below:
maxRecvDataSegmentLen=262144
MaxBurstLength=16776192
Maxxmitdatasegment=262144
maxoutstandingr2t=8
InitialR2T=No
ImmediateData=Yes
Concerning the SQL error that should have been fixed in the March release. What version are you running. We will also have new release this week.
