do you mean the download of the log files? Well, I think that problem is related to you personally.
We tested several versions of DSS and we never got problems with downloading the log files. Even with firefox or chrome. But we primary using IE.
In IE we have to download the files twice than it works.

for info: I asked the support, and he said it is possible to update from 4023 to 4622 with the .iso file.
If the support doesn`t help you :mad: then you have to help yourself. :o
I was able to upload and update from up40 to up45 and then upload und update from up45 to up50. Works fine so far.
Obviously the update form up40 to up50 is not working (on our configuration?).
Tomorrow I will do a manual failover from the (old) up40 master to the (new) up50 slave and test it for a couple of days. If it still works on friday I will update the master to up45 and then to up50 and do a manual failback.
