Error 10 while booting

I am trying dss7 in vmware and i get error 10 while booting. What is wrong??

Make sure you have selected the VM properties correctly.

Now i am getting error 13

Download the system logs; STATUS--Hardware page in the webGUI.
Take a look at kernel-boot.log for information.

How i can download system / kernel logs while the system does not boot??
There is no webgui available.

Change to verbose boot mode then and let us know where it hangs
Press "Tab" button at the screen where you choose 32 or 64 bit mode during booting and modify the line that contains different parameters by changing the splash=silent to splash =verbose.

If you choose to boot from the mounted ISO, what happens?

Still geeting the same error when booting from cd

I suspect it has to do with the properties of the VM that has been created.
Go back to the webinar and check it again.
