constant error message in log

I keep getting the following error occur in the event log any ideas ??

Newbie... Do you have S.M.A.R.T enabled??? if so disable it from the console.. (Ctrl Alt W) menus.. maybe HW sub menu..

This shows up when your disks are not connected to onboard controller...
